Your report will be forwarded directly to our ombudsperson, who will handle it confidentially. After review, it will be escalated to our internal compliance department for further action.

YOU MAY REPORT LEGAL OFFENSES OR UNLAWFUL CONDUCT, PARTICULARLY IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

• Public procurement
• Financial services, financial products and markets, and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing
• Product safety and compliance
• Road safety
• Environmental protection
• Animal and public health
• Consumer protection
• Protection of privacy and personal data, and security of network and information systems
• Violations of the Union’s financial interests under Article 325 TFEU and related Union measures
• Violations of internal market rules under Article 26(2) TFEU, including EU rules on competition and state aid, and breaches of internal market rules related to corporate tax laws or arrangements designed to obtain tax benefits that go against the intent or purpose of applicable corporate tax law

Reports on other matters will generally not be processed and will be deleted immediately. In such cases, no acknowledgment of receipt will be sent.
